HOW WE WORK

When you contact us we will discuss your needs to see how we can help. If you choose to use our services, we will conduct a ´Fact Find´ to review your current financial situation and identify your needs. We prefer to do this face to face so that you have an opportunity to assess whether we should be your adviser but if distance is a problem clients need not visit our office as much of the initial work can be done via the phone, fax, post or email or meetings may be arranged at a location to suit your needs. We do try to get to see our clients as often as possible and part of our service is to offer a financial review, normally on an annual basis.

We then research suitable products on your behalf using the latest technology and our relationship with global institutions. The advantages and disadvantages of each product will be explained to you. If you instruct us to proceed with an application we will try to achieve your goals in a timely manner, keep you fully informed of progress and follow up as appropriate.

HOW WE ARE PAID

We do not charge for the initial discussion. Once you instruct us to proceed with an application we will agree with you how we are to be paid - by fee or commission or a combination of both. The fee is based on time spent on your behalf whereas commissions are paid by the provider. We can tailor the charges according to your circumstances. Regardless of the type of payment, we strive to be very transparent in how we are remunerated. No charges for fees will be made without prior notification in writing. There will be a fee for mortgage advice. The precise amount will depend upon your circumstances but we estimate that it will be £250
